A Personal Tao is my online home as a Taoist Teacher helping others learn Taoism and find personal harmony.

Exploring a Personal Tao opens Taoist teachings to help you discover new personal insights about life. Be welcomed to wander and explore, Taoism is never about the destination, it's about experiencing life within the journey itself.

A Personal Tao is a book, a collection of Taoist reference materials, art, a blog and a Zen Garden. All mixing together as a modern Tao Te Ching.

Casey, Julie and Mina also offer personalized Taoist Retreats for students looking for a guided experience in discovering Taoism.

The Tao's definition slips around words, to be expressed completely by living. Know the Tao is undefinable and yet...

The Tao is about 10,000 things and it's about being yourself.

 

The path to understanding the Tao is accepting yourself.





 

Heaven and Hell are not after life
Heaven and Hell are within life.
It's in movement we create joy
It's in despair we cement walls.

Stepping over limitation.
      Openly reveal, peel apart & feel poetry
      moving around every barrier
             Overflowing to your own nature.

Never regret action
     as the past lies
     in fleeting memories.
To Live, eternally now
      within the way  
      of exploring possibility

The secret to life is...
     Simply being true to yourself and smiling
     Looking upon each day,
           with the new wonder it deserves.

 About Tao


What is Taoism?

Taoism is more than a "philosophy" or a "religion". A Personal Tao is defined as:

A system of belief, attitudes and practices set towards the service and living to a person's own nature.


The practice of Taoism is to flow with life.
